Injury Report

Sniper Gary Bal will be out another week with a calf strain. He is listed day to day. "I played pick up 2day and it was very sore. I think one more week off is a good idea." said Gary in an interview earlier this week.

On a positive note, Sandip Dulay will make his season debut after suffering a neck injury earlier this month. Expected to be out longer, Sandip has made an excellent recovery and is determined to contribute to a depleted defense corps.

No new reports on Suke Dosanjh's hamstring injury.

Panthers 4 - Knights 7

Game Summary

Knights finally had a full lineup last night in a hard fought victory. Panthers came out shooting in first 10 minutes to build a 3-1 lead. Knights bench was a little chaotic to start the game but settled down midway through first half. Team picked it up a notch from there on in and forced veteran Panthers into taking major penalties which resulted in 5 straight goals in the 2nd half. Key's to the game were solid forechecking by wingers forcing turnovers and penalties and solid defense with blistering shots from the point. For the 2nd straight game goaltending was spectacular and kept the game close when needed in the first half.

DiamondBacks 3 - Knights 4

Game Summary

Team played hard first half and we built a 4-1 lead with a short bench. DBacks came back 2nd half to make it close. Super star goalie Bal (our 3rd backup) made a spectacular glove hand snatch while on his back to earn game's first star. Key's to the game were great line changes, nice ball movement between D and Forwards and solid goaltending.
